Testimony of Courtney Smith

Dear Dean Mlodzik,

I just wanted to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule last month to meet with me and my mom. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about the wonderful Masters program at ABS and I look forward to applying to the Graduate school this fall. It was helpful to hear about the amazing opportunities the students are able to have, as well as the jobs they land after graduation. I feel like a Masters is the next step for me since I am a Business Management and French Studies double major. I thought that getting an MBA would be the next step (since Business majors are strongly encouraged to go this route in the U.S.), so thank you so much for showing me other options post-undergrad. My mom enjoyed talking with you too. We returned home safely on May 31, although we can't wait until the next time our family can make it back to France! I graduate from Washington College (Chestertown, Maryland USA) on May 22, 2012 and I hope to stay in contact with you. I also wanted to let you know again just how much I enjoyed my experience at ABS this past fall. My semester in Paris was definitely a highlight of my year-long study abroad experience. Kelly Keer (Director of International Programs) told me that more Washington College students plan on studying at ABS this fall! All the best.
