As it was so elegantly put by Denise Konan, our visiting
professor from the University of Hawaii Manoa, "the American Business School Class of 2010 is the Silver class, the 25th graduating class"!
On June 11th 2010, 53 students graduated from the BBA program, and 13 from the MA program. The ceremony was held at the beautiful Pavillon Dauphine
Yes, this was the opening night of the World Cup in South Africa, and to top it all off, France was playing. But in retrospect it doesn't matter that we all missed the game, since France
was eliminated in the first round.
Inspiring speeches were given by Mr Roger Serre, Founding member of IGS Group, Denise Konan, Visiting Professor, Mme Lorna Valdes, Professor of Marketing, Mr Julien Samaha, Class of
2003. The class valedictorians, Ms Faraheddine Naili, Mr Alexander Brunner, Mr Mustafa Azim, Mr Maximilian Heinze, Ms Miriam Weidler, Ms Caroline Kerbidi expressed their joy and excitement
to be graduates, but also their sadness that this part of their lives has come to an end and it is now time to turn the page.
Some of these graduates are going to take advantage of a nice summer vacation, some will travel, and some have found jobs with companies such as Google, Michelin, BNP Paribas.
The IGS University is pleased to offer many post graduate services to help the alumni throughout their job search and careers.
The American Business School and the IGS University wish the best of luck to all of these graduates, now alumni!
